How does one move out of fight or flight and into regulation? We are multi-sensory beings, so we will take a multi-sensory approach. Our approach combines somatic movement, breathwork, meditation, rewiring techniques, pattern recognition analysis, Spinal Flow bodywork, and take-home exercises to support the evolution of mind and body. These techniques are taught to help you easily incorporate them into your own routine. We practice in the calm to be prepared in the chaos.

THERAPY VS COACHING....What’s the difference?
As a Mind-Body Centered Coach, I do not diagnose, prescribe, delve into clinical therapy, or address deep-rooted psychological disorders—those are areas where a licensed therapist or mental health professional comes in.
My focus is on empowering you to take ownership of your mind-body wellness and nervous system, giving you the tools, knowledge, consistency, and support to thrive in everyday life.
Coaching is present and future-based with performance in mind. Life coaches explore the past only as a means of understanding current life experience and belief systems. The primary goal is to help a client look at where they are, where they want to be, and how to get from point A to point B.
If alternative professional support is necessary for your journey, I will guide you to the resources you may need to connect with the appropriate practitioner.
My job is to make sure you feel empowered, supported, and capable as you take proactive steps to prioritize your health and well-being.
